Wireless Power for Gadgets - Are we dreaming?

IEEE Spectrum carried an interesting article recently on using wireless connection to transfer power. Of course, this is not a new idea. From Hertz and Tesla to the MIT project, many options have been explored and used. eCoupled, SplashPower and WildCharge are examples of companies that are commercializing this concept.

This will definitely go into the ‘To Get Someday’ list.
