Osteologix completes $5.3 Million in private placement financing

San Francisco based Osteologix has completed a round of private placement financing of the amount of $5.3 Million. It sold 4,030,304 shares of its common stock at $1.32 per share, and warrants to purchase up to 2,015,152 shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $5.3 million.
