It takes lot more than some money, techies and office space to create Silicon Valley. If you look at the current Silicon Valley, it took 40 years to build Silicon Valley in Bay Area. I think driving force behind Silicon Valley is hungry immigrant entrepreneurs who are determined to succeed backed by risky money willing to bet on their future.
