Classmates.com IPO Canceled

Citing that “current market conditions would not be in the best interests of its stockholders.” the parent company United Online has pulled its S-1 registration statement (the filing required to go public) and therefore Classmates.com IPO has been canceled. (read full story at: mashable.com)
