Microsoft acquires Farecast

Seattle based online travel website Farecast has been acquired by the Seattle based giant Microsoft for a cool $100 Million or so. Madrona Venture Group, Par Capital Management, Greylock Partners and others have invested more than $20 Million in this successful venture. (read full story at: blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com)
