Nokia to Pay $8.1 Billion for Navigation Company Navteq

Chicago based Navteq is being acquired by Nokia for a big figure - $8.1 Billion, which comes to around 50 times the earnings of the target. This deal now makes Nokia much stronger against its rivals and will be able to integrate the navigation component into its handsets. (read full story at: businessweek.com)
