Phoenix Technologies Acquires BeInSync for $25M

Four and a half year old Israeli startup BeInSync that provides software for the synchronization of files across computers and access them while on the road, has been acquired by Phoenix Technologies for an undisclosed amount, although TechCrunch has a reliable source saying that it was for $25M.
