Magma acquires analog IP specialist Sabio Labs

Mountain View based Sabio Labs is being acquired for its analog IP by Magma Design Automation. In a way, this was expected because after Magma settled its long pending patent disputes with Synopsys by paying a hefty settlement, it was cleared to make some acquisitions to grow.
