San Francisco based startup Elastra is taking the needs of On-Demand computing one step further. It is powered by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and is led by the CEO Kirill Sheynkman to provide the ability to grow and shrink capacity as needed and run virtualization software instead of stacking physical units.
